After I had all my sinus issues I lost any/all motivation to workout on a regular basis; but, I'm finally back on the band wagon! I've not been working out with Jillian as I couldn't keep myself inside since the weather has been so wonderful in NC lately. I just had to get outside to exercise.
I found the motivation I needed last week when I realized that I hit my 2 month mark.
I decided to hit the track in my community (just recently made into a green-way (sp) that circles throughout my community). Our new house is just beside where the green-way runs so it's perfect for me to use. I've only tracked my time from point A to B, not my entire workout. My stats for what I got to do last week:
