Day 5: I did not work out this day. I was having a invitation assembly party with my friend so I cut invitation layers so that we could assemble the invites. Moving on...
Day 6 (Level 1): I felt very sore today when I started working out. The first circuit just about killed me today. For some reason my arms were VERY tired and sore; I could barely get push-ups done and the lunge-and-press exercise was very difficult for me. Most of the other sections seemed fine for me and I can certainly tell my stamina is growing. After I'd been going for about 5 minutes I felt great and finished the workout pretty strong with only three 2-second breaks. I hope I can eventually get to work through the entire video with breaks, which I thought I would be able to do by now...:-\.
Just some words of wisdom, don't eat before doing this video workout. I ate about an hour before I worked out and I felt very sick about halfway through the video. Wow...just don't do it! :P
